Out of My Mind (2024)

Melody Brooks, a sixth grader with cerebral palsy, is incredibly intelligent and quick-witted. However, being non-verbal and reliant on a wheelchair often leaves her overlooked and underestimated by her peers and teachers. When a perceptive young educator recognizes Melody’s potential, she is given the chance to join mainstream classes. Through this opportunity, Melody demonstrates that her thoughts and ideas hold far greater importance than the way she communicates them.
