The Bungling Assassin The story introduces Seven, a young man who has lost his memories and works as a mediocre hairdresser on Chicken Island. To pay off his massive debts and fund a journey to recover his past, his blue-hen friend and manager, Dai Bo, convinces him to become a professional hitman. Despite his “lethal” specialty, manipulating a pair of scissors with his mind (Telekinetic Scissors)—Seven’s innate kindness and sheer incompetence usually lead to his missions going hilariously wrong.
