2024 Nollywood film, The Waiter. The movie stars Ayo Makun as the titular character, Akpos, a struggling individual who takes a temporary job at a hotel to serve at an event for the Minister of Poverty Alleviation.

This event, which is meant to launch a scheme to help the underprivileged, becomes a stage for chaos and comedy as Akpos finds himself embroiled in the dramatic proceedings. The film, which is a mix of action and comedy, was directed by Toka McBaror and also features Deyemi Okanlawon and Shaffy Bello.
