The plot follows ACP Rajeev Kumar, a Special Cell officer played by John Abraham, who is assigned to investigate the blast. The case becomes personal for him as an innocent child is also killed in the explosion. As he digs deeper, he uncovers a complex web of international intrigue involving Iran, Israel, and India. Despite facing political pressure and suspicions of an Iranian connection, Rajeev is determined to uncover the truth.

In his pursuit of justice, he embarks on a dangerous and unauthorized mission to Tehran, which leads to him being disowned by his own country and targeted by the very adversaries he is investigating. The film, which was released on ZEE5 and later on Netflix, has been praised for its tense and grounded portrayal of geopolitics and espionage.
